About the Role Responsible for providing administrative support to the Territory Sales Head (TSH) and his/her Bancassurance Division Managers (BDMs) Roles and Responsibilities: Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the TSH and the BDMs Maintain files, records, calendars and diaries Assist the TSH and BDMs in the preparation/coordination of territory and division activities such as area/division meetings, trainings, assemblies, etc. Arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements and track expenses Use business software applications to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and potentially respond to routine correspondence and inquiries Exercise confidentiality, tact and diplomacy in supporting the TSH and the BDMs Participate in the development and implementation of secretarial standards, policies and practices for AIA Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
