About the Role AIA Hong Kong is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and drive strategic projects focused on the Health Program. This role will be accountable for orchestrating the delivery of key Technology programs for AIA in HK, Macau. Roles and Responsibilities: Own the technology delivery for key strategic projects in AIA HK & Macau Orchestrate large projects and programs to achieve the stated business goals and KPIs. Lead projects and resources (analysts, engineering, testers and delivery teams) in ensuring the project delivers on committed plans and milestones. Manage all aspects of the project including and not limited to Project financials Project execution and delivery Project reporting Project risk management Engage, support and manage senior (C-level) stakeholders. Drive and contribute to effective Steering committees. Engage with Group office stakeholders for reporting and alignment. Engage with planning and strategic discussions and help steer and provide strong technical, digital and analytics support to business stakeholders. Influence and drive business teams to the necessary outcomes to drive business value. Set the direction and delivery path for the overall project. Drive and deliver individual component projects. Minimum Job Requirements: Minimum 8-12 years of Project/Program Management experience, with significant experience in the healthcare ecosystem and advantage Open and effective communication skills, ability to communicate up and down to varying levels of stakeholders spread across complex organization structures. Relevant tertiary qualification in an IT related discipline Knowledge of financial management/budgets in relation to project delivery. Strong stakeholder management capabilities with demonstrated experience in presenting to senior (C-Level) forums. Strong SDLC / Agile / Devops knowledge Knowledge of current industry-wide approaches and best practices for Project management, Agile methodologies. Strong knowledge of digital transformation in finance/insurance industry, with clear demonstrated experience in managing large, complex projects with diverse stakeholders. Able to work in fast paced and challenging environments.
