If that interests you, read on.  About the Role 专员，核保岗 根据政策规则落地情况，分析反馈核保实务操作问题，为团队主管提供建议支持 根据总部核保作业团队下发的问题件，负责分公司所在地市照会解释，并跟进处理 协助团队主管，指导中支公司运营综合支持人员相关照会解释与跟进工作 负责处理客户存疑核保案件复议申请，并向分公司管理团队主管提供相关解释说明，配合团队主管及运营中心进行核保复议案件处理 协助团队主管，指导中支公司运营综合支持人员相关复议申请处理工作 依据总部核保作业规则流程，负责高峰期授权范围内核保审核作业 跟进新契约照会解释与复议申请 提供核保相关系统培训及疑难解答 负责当地重控单证及档案管理 根据内外审查及监管工作对接需求，提供数据报表、新单反洗钱审核、上报、反洗钱培训等   岗位要求： 本科或以上学历；医学、法学、保险专业为佳 3年以上个险核保相关经验优先 具有良好的沟通与表达能力、良好的客户服务意识和追求卓越品质的特征； 具有独立工作、分析问题和解决问题的能力； 高度责任心，较强的学习能力，抗压能力强并情绪稳定 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
