Then read on. About the Role Assess outpatient and inpatient hospitalization claims from Group policyholders as per stipulated benchmarks and requirements. Responsible to assess and pay the outpatient and inpatient hospitalization claims. Responsible to review and pay cases that exceed authority limit. Meet department and individual quality target, turnaround time and productivity benchmark. Ensure all special account policy is attended and resolved within the agreed timeline. Communicate closely with 24/7 contact centre and ensure emails are responded timely. Assisting team members within the team as and when required.    Assist on general administration and any special allocated tasks as and when required.
