About the Role 专员，消保与服务岗 在省或区运营策略下，落实省或区部下达的任务或指标，制定部门工作规划并确保高品质完成 在省或区部运营策略下，结合业务渠道发展，制定渠道支持行动举措并有效执行 定期向当地机构总汇报运营工作，同时了解服务反馈及需求 接待营销员、客户的咨询、业务办理、投诉等服务跟进 营运知识宣导、早会及新人培训、E化工具推动、保险双录支持等 VIP客户服务在本地的落实对接工作 处理监管/行协/消保等相关工作 参与并支持同事参与省或区部分配的各项项目 本地柜台人员管理和人才培育 岗位要求： 本科及以上学历，有3年以上保险公司营运或客服工作经验，有中小型柜台管理经验，有处理客户异议或监管对接或消保工作经验优先； 对自我发展有较高的要求，有较强的学习力 具备高效解决问题和协调统筹能力； 以客户为导向，热情周到，自我调节能力强。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
