About the Role 该岗位负责高净值价值主张宣推的策划与实施以及高净值价值主张的品宣体系建设，提升市场端社会影响力，赋能客户端认知度。 工作职责： •    根据高净值价值主张宣推整体规划，制定年度宣推重点方向及项目安排；(15%) •    围绕子女成长、财富管理、资产传承和品质生活四大生态圈及价值主张，结合业务侧重，打造具有友邦特色的价值主张；与业务渠道及分支机构充分融入，推动高客价值主张宣推事宜在各分公司的常态化推进；(35%) •    结合市场及行业热点，制作价值主张宣推相关内容与素材，确保素材与宣推主题的高度契合并符合友邦的品牌形象；(35%) •    协调相关部门合作，推进高净值品宣策略执行，打造市场端友邦独特的品牌形象，提升社会影响力；(10%) •    HNW部门其他相关支持工作；(5%)   任职资格: •    大学本科学历或以上 •    5年以上相关领域工作经验，有项目管理经验 •    具备扎实的线上推广/品牌活动的策划与执行能力，擅于整合资源并融合业务要求规划市场宣推要点，有金融行业相关经验者优先 •    具备杰出的演讲能力、沟通能力及人际交往能力 •    具备良好的中英文双语书写能力，及一定的英语口语能力 •    熟练掌握Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint •    乐观热情、主观能动性强，认真负责完成重大项目以实现业务目标 •    具备内驱力，具备在适当压力环境下自主完成工作的能力   Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
