About the Role Responsible for working with agency channel management in sale and recruitment drives and development of agency networks Working with Agency Channel Management : Collaborating with management to coordinate activities and strategies. Sales Drives : Activities focused on increasing sales performance and meeting targets. Recruitment Drives : Efforts to attract and onboard agents to expand workforce capabilities. Development of Agency Networks : Building and strengthening relationships and structures within the agency network to enhance operational efficiency and outreach.
