About the Role Delivery and implementation of the strategies on Quality Recruitment, Leader Development, Activation, and Productivity for Agency Sales in support of Next Gen Agency. Leads Activation and Productivity activities by ensuring execution of programs for Agency Migration in his/her respective region. Drives leader development strategies in assigned areas such as promotion of new internal leaders, recruitment of external leaders, and promoting a culture of leader development within the assigned agencies Responsible for end-to-end implementation of quality recruitment activities through a collaborative partnership with Agency Leaders to drive agency expansion and growth Ensures end to end execution of agency management and governance in his/her respective region. Supporting the Zone Head in planning and implementing the company’s goals, targets and objectives Development and implementation of adequate sales tools, materials and events to support agency in enhancing profitable sales and activities. Building and maintenance of a strong relationship with all stakeholders internally and externally.
