If you believe in developing a better tomorrow, read on.  About the Role Execute AI strategy and roadmap for AIA Innovation project,and technical direction for advanced AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards. Responsible for the end-to-end technical architecture, model development, and seamless integration of AI capabilities into business workflows, while ensuring system stability, scalability, and technical foresight Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements and evaluate their potential for the company's growth Lead the development and implementation of new technology-driven products, solutions, and services   Lead   and o versee the development of back-end and front-end and applications   Oversee the development of back-end   and   front-end and applications   Ensure   a high level   of development velocity across all development teams   Ensure quality delivery of technology solutions and track their impact post-implementation   Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing system architecture and user workflows, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams   Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality of solution delivery.   Develop AI/Gen AI capability frameworks and development   plan. Provide   technical oversight and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.   Track the impact and effectiveness of deployed AI solutions, driving continuous improvement.   Communication Requirements Provide regular internal communication to Group and BU leadership teams.   Communicate efficiently with external partners on matters related to technology and innovation.   Maintain comprehensive and accessible documentation of key decisions, technical designs, and project learnings.   Job Requirements Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering,   Artificial Intelligence ,   or   a related   field.   Demonstrated   expertise   in emerging technologies and their application in business.   Proven   track record   in R&D and deployment of large-scale AI solutions, hands-on experience in developing LLM-based applications ,   preferably in NLP, OCR, RAG, agentic AI, or data analytics.   8 + years of experience in technology roles.   Proven experience driving high-impact technology initiatives across complex, global organizations.   Strong leadership qualities, including presentation,   and   influencing   Experience in strategic planning and   change   project management.   Understanding of the Chinese technology landscape is an asset.   Proficient in written and spoken English   and Chinese are   essential .   Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
