About the Role As a Manager/Specialist in Integral Life Delivery Management is responsible for leading the development, deployment and support of Integral Life Application to meet business requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing solutions and development of new technical solutions to improve company’s operations Role and Responsibility: In charge of Integral Life system requirement gathering, impact analysis, propose solutions, code development, unit testing, UAT support (incl. UAT EOD batch support) and deployment (BAU and Projects). Ahere and follow on prevailing SDLC, Development, and other standards. System delivery according to determined scopes, timeline, and quality. Take accountability/supportive on production incident/problem tickets caused by any disobedience SDLC process. Supportive to provide management updates on system/project related activities. Understand functionalities and technical aspects of the system; analyze technical impact on interfacing systems. To adhere to and support on Integral Life security, standard and compliance matters. Actively participate in Team activities such sharing (knowledges, ideas etc.), mentoring, coaching (junior), system upgrade/maintenance etc. Minimum Requirement: Degree in IT or related areas. Has minimum 5 years of working experience in the application development for life insurance domain using Integral Life/Life Asia COBOL system. Intermediate knowledge of AS400, COBOL, SMART/400, Control Language and SQL development. Fast learner and has strong analytical and impact analysis skills to provide feedbacks/inputs on user requirements.
