About the Role 专员，团险理赔岗 (1)    完成理赔审核权限范围内的理赔信息及审核 (2)    确保日常工作达到服务标准，包括业务量、时效、品质及客户满意度 (3)    参与医疗险理赔审核操作规则的制定  (4)    参与医疗险疑难案件合议并提供专业意见 (5)    参与新同事带教指导，同时积累理赔审核经验，定期分享。 (6)    参与医疗险业务理赔审计及反欺诈实施 (7)   月度总结工作并向理赔经理汇报 岗位要求： •       本科或以上学历，医学或法律专业为佳 •       3年及以上寿险理赔审核工作经历  •       有理赔投诉处理、反欺诈专项工作经验者优先 •       客户导向、具有团队合作精神和良好沟通能力 •      高效的问题解决能力   Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
