About the Role Responsible for sourcing talent across multiple channels and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, with a strong focus on ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Job Description: Talent Sourcing Support recruiters to source potential candidates t hrough online channels (e.g., job boards, social media, and professional networks) Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates according to role requirements Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' experience, and cultural fit Talent Onboarding Coordinate pre-onboarding activities by liaising with hiring managers, recruiters, IT, and facilities teams to ensure timely completion of all preparations. Facilitate Day 1 onboarding sessions , guiding new hires through required tasks and processes. Act as a point of contact for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Maintain and audit recruitment data accuracy input by recruiters, for compliance purpose Develop and maintain working relationships with HR Business Partners, Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to provide assistance with recruiting needs. Administrative & Operations Support Manage recruitment-related administrative tasks , including offer letter stamping, invoice payment and third-party vendor management system Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
