About the Role 结合监管政策与公司战略，协助大消保战略的有效实施，推动公司消费者权益保护工作的全闭环管理建设与优化 Roles and Responsibilities: 1.    负责追踪和分析金融消保领域的监管及行业动态，制定和完善相关消费者权益保护工作制度及运行机制 2.    负责消费者权益保护业务审查，推进消保业务审查闭环管理体系的建设与优化 3.    策划与协调消费者权益内外部金融教育相关项目，深化公司消保品牌建设  4.    协助完成监管机构年度消保监管评价、现场检查、非现场检查等相关工作，研判相关风险，保障公司稳健发展 5.    协助开展消保考核、督导等相关工作 6.    定期编写各类报告，监测与分析关键指标，为管理决策提供支持 7.    根据监管及公司要求，探索创新融合机会，完成相关项目落地 8.    上级主管交办的其他工作 Job Requirements: 1. 本科及以上学历 2. 10年以上工作经验，具备3年以上金融合规、法律、消保相关经验，熟知监管消保政策、法律法规，对保险业务了解深入 3. 具有较强的数据分析、统筹协调以及文案表达能力 4. 出色的创新思维与洞察力 5. 熟练使用Office工具，擅长PPT与Excel Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
