About the Role Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes 岗位职责 推动并跟进精英营销员培育计划，以期培育新进营销员队伍，并达成分公司年度新人的绩效和新增人力总人数目标。 根据公司精英营销员培育计划，组织并管理新人班，讲授培训课程，辅导、帮助营销员成长，定期进行业绩追踪，以期达成业绩目标； 协助进行营销员管理，推动规划营管处业绩及人力发展； 组织、参与营销员日程活动，包括晨会、增员活动及客户推广活动等； 营销员工作及心态辅导。 岗位资格 大学本科及以上学历，保险专业或市场营销专业优先； 5年以上保险行业营销员渠道业务发展、新人衔训或组训相关经验； 具备良好的人际沟通能力和演讲技巧，工作积极主动； 具备良好的活动策划与组织管理能力、较强的执行力和团队合作精神。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
