About the Role 专员，消保与客服岗 岗位职责： 1.    接待并处理通过来访、信件、网络、联络中心、其他部门转移，及外部转办投诉； 2.    安抚客户并了解相关信息，与其保持沟通、跟进回复监管报告及回复客户信件； 3.    收集并查核所需信息，与相关部门沟通，对案件的处理进行合议； 4.    严格执行监管和公司在TAT及流程方面的要求，按公司相关指引操作； 5.    投诉案件涉及的排查工作； 6.    协助主管处理区域投诉 7.    柜面服务及营运信息宣导； 8.    报表统计及分析； 9.    其它分配的工作及项目 岗位要求： 1.    本科或以上学历，法律、医学、金融保险专业为佳 2.    有监管投诉案件处理，区域投诉管理，报告撰写，消保工作经验优先考虑 3.    良好的人际交往及沟通技巧，中英文书写流利 4.    良好沟通能力和客服意识，具备一定的谈判能力潜能 5.    富责任感、有耐性、成熟、热情、有笑容有亲和力，性情温和, 团队合作精神，学习和抗压能力强 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
