About the Role Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry. Responsibilities: Analytics and Performance Tracking Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics for Customer Service and operations teams. Support preparation of reports and dashboards to provide insights on service quality and efficiency. Help identify trends and opportunities for improvement through data analysis. Project Support and Execution Contribute to planning and coordination of projects for Customer Service and operations teams, such as complaint management systems. Assist with workflow initiatives, including claims appeal system projects, through documentation and task tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely delivery of project milestones. Participate in process improvement activities as assigned. Requirements Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline Strong interest in project management and the insurance industry Good organizational and time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese Others: You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
