The Opportunity AIA currently has an opportunity available for a Senior Manager - AIA Vitality Marketing to join their team on a parental leave contract. Within this role you will d eliver on AIA’s purpose, vision and strategy by designing and delivering enterprise-wide relationship marketing and engagement experiences. This role will have a specific focus upon defining and delivering on the AIA Vitality marketing strategy to drive achievement of AIA Vitality goals including awareness, acquisition and member engagement. Within this role you will d rive engagement with targeted prospect segments and existing customers that delivers our Customer Va lue and Triple Play proposition and drives Customer lifetime value through awareness, engagement, acquisition and retention. To do this successfully you will: Lead and govern the strategic AIA Vitality marketing roadmap including, driving product planning / new feature updates Lead, mentor and maintain a highly capable and engaged team of digital & marketing specialists Manage ongoing AIA Vitality product marketing and new product launches including development and execution of positioning and member value proposition, go to market strategy, communications/collateral development and promotion Champion and drive marketing support to AIA corporate clients and channel and superannuation funds implementing AIA Vitality through prelaunch, launch and ongoing engagement Partner with Marketing Manager, Customer Engagement to ensure marketing activities align with overall AIA Vitality Member Engagement Strategy Capitalise on the opportunities created by our investment in brand campaign strategy and Go-To-Market initiatives Champion and nurture strategic key stakeholder relationships across the business Support the Head of Customer Marketing & Engagement in the development of a high performing team. Successful applications will demonstrate: Previous marketing experience, ideally both B2C and B2B and with a background in insurance/financial services or other related industries Deep marketing leadership and people management experience in a fast-paced matrix environment with a high level of ambiguity Proven success in defining and delivering customer marketing and CRM strategies with a track record for driving change that have delivered growth Digital marketing knowledge, including experience with web analytics, email marketing tools, CMS, Marketo and SalesForce Proficiency in data-led marketing with the ability to illustrate opportunities using reporting tools such as Tableau Experience and exceptional customer service skills to drive enterprise outcomes A strong understanding of value drivers and levers with the ability to reimagine and articulate new ways forward Why choose AIA: At AIA, we’ve made a promise to help people live healthier, longer, better lives.
