To minimize the gap between management and agency force. Driving the company’s key initiatives and growth by working together with the SDOA to strategize and plan for location sales activities and programs Develop positive business relationships with relationship with assigned agency groups and internal stakeholders. Liaise with Operational teams for underwriting, after sales supports. Requirements Education – Degree Holder Experience Preferably with at least 3 years working experience in relevant industry. Sales experiences in insurance/investment sales is preferred Certifications/licenses – CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI Special skills preferred Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word & PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task Sharp business acumen, adaptable and team player Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
