The Opportunity: The Product Manager performs a key role in contributing to the development of sustainable group product terms and conditions, including development of value-add product solutions for AIA Australia’s Group insurance clients. To do this successfully you will: Contribute to the delivery of product solutions for key strategic clients with a strong focus on sustainable product terms to improve claims experience and support business growth. Conduct competitor research to identify areas of opportunity to improve member outcomes and enhancements. Partner with Distribution and Pricing teams to deliver sustainable product solutions. Develop and draft policy documents Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking. Support client engagement and regulatory compliance. Extensive communication within the organization including Pricing, Distribution, Operations, Legal and Compliance. Successful applications will demonstrate: At least 2 years’ experience in group product management including Group business Excellent knowledge of Australian Group insurance market and good understanding of key drivers Good knowledge and understanding of superannuation legislation changes and regulatory environment impacting on group insurance clients Demonstrated creativity and an ability to think "outside the box" Ability to develop and maintain healthy and professional working relationships with all external and internal clients .
