About the Role Being a Finance Business Partner of Group IT to oversight of Group IT passthrough cost; monitor Groupwide IT spends in coordination with Group IT. Oversight the IT shared service entities finance matters; lead the regulatory filings of ~ 15 legal entities to ensure audited accounts are timely and quarterly. Roles and Responsibilities: (1) Finance Business Partner of Group IT Act as business partner of GTO with a view to ensure transparency, timeliness and accuracy of all the IT spends and charges to BU Provide financial information to management team for decision making Provide support to management team on finance arrangement, for example: billing, cross charging, expense record, project cost management, etc. Oversight Group IT passthrough cost.  Put in place controls and governance on Group IT passthrough cost.  Drive annual Group IT passthrough budget exercise and quarterly communication with Local Business Unit on IT passthrough forecast update. Drive communication with Local Business Unit (LBU) on Group IT recharge billing, for actual, forecast and budget version, supported by analysis Coordinate with GFS team to carry out Group IT recharge intercompany billing Together with Group IT Finance in support Group IT spend analysis for Group CTO.   (2) Oversight the IT shared service entities finance matters. Financial control oversight IT shared service entities.  Monitor the Finance Operations, reporting and governance of IT shared service entities. Monitor the intercompany recharge budget set up, communication to LBU as well as forecast update to LBU.  Oversight financial planning & analysis and drive IT shared service entities in achieve the target set by management.   3) Review and oversight of Regulatory Filings of ~15 legal entities, to ensure audited accounts, HKRBC reporting are timely and quality. 4) Ad hoc assignment and projects   Minimum Job Requirements: University Degree and CA/CPA qualification Fluent in verbal and written English Advance hands-on experience with SAP and, Hyperion or TM1 Experience in expense and intercompany billing operation, in sizable business Experience working on finance transformation projects In depth knowledge in business and expense operation Ability to drive problem solving to deliver results Solid business partnering experience Excellent communication skills Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
