As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the face and voice of our company, helping customers both in person and over the phone. Your role will be key in delivering exceptional service and driving our growth. What You’ll Be Doing: Engage with Customers: Welcome guests and handle inquiries with a warm smile, whether face-to-face, chat or on the phone. Solve Problems: Tackle customer issues, provide accurate billing information, and resolve standard problems. Drive Revenue: Secure new and incremental revenue by promoting our products and services. Educate & Assist: Guide customers on using our products and help them navigate our services. Follow-Up: Make sure every issue is resolved to our customers' satisfaction and keep improving our service. We value your willingness to learn! Skills: Outstanding communication, solid data entry, and computer skills. Knowledge: Eager to learn about our products and stay up to date with what we offer. Pay Rate: Hourly rate of $13.75-$15.50. We offer an hourly wage based on experience, with a focus on providing growth opportunities for both entry-level candidates and those with more experience.
