Job Description:   Responsibilities: • Support the team to ensure standard operating procedures are consistently followed. • Manage internal components of the Engagement Management Lifecycle, including setup, tracking, and closeout activities. • Maintain and report data within Salesforce, Client Care, and related internal systems. • Assist with document management, file maintenance, and process documentation. • Develop and manage Microsoft Teams sites and internal support portals. • Execute and manage vendor invoices through the firm’s AP portal. • Provide ad hoc system and process support to client delivery teams. • Maintain functional knowledge of client acceptance, Salesforce, project setup, and WIP/DSO processes. • Collaborate across teams to identify efficiencies and support operational improvements. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required. • Knowledge of operations support and administrative processes mandatory • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic features of Excel and PowerPoint. • Skilled in maintaining accuracy and attention to detail across multiple tasks. • Effective in communication, organization, and collaboration within cross-functional teams. • Proactive, dependable, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision. • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and adherence to confidentiality. • Eager to learn, adapt, and apply new knowledge in a dynamic environment. • Ability to travel for work and work on Additional Projects wherever needed.
