To learn more, please visit  https://benefits.adobe.com/jp   We also proudly empower our employees to get involved with corporate social responsibility and offer a broad range of opportunities to enable you to ma ke a bigger impact through philanthropy, employee, and community engagement.   We know that people are the differentiator in our business, and that's why we want to meet you!     Job Responsibilities   Solution sales of Adobe’s Experience Cloud into Financial Services  Identify and develop new business opportunities, business models, and channels to extend Adobe’s ma rket reach and drive new revenue   Executive engagement: Represent Adobe with the utmost professionalism and effectively establish and ma intain relationships at an executive level with customers and partners   Instill guidelines for business development, account ma nagement, and opportunity ma nagement, including leading strategic account planning   Accomplish individually assigned Sales Quotas both quarterly and annually with full accountability   Internal/external stakeholder ma nagement: Effectively collaborate with internal eco-systems, locally and globally, including business support teams, global peers, professional services teams, and alliance partners   A pro at operational excellence including accurate forecasting and pipeline generation & progression       Skill Requirements   A passion for sales, strong client ma nagement skills aligned with a strong and successful track record of enterprise solution sales with large size accounts  >$1M  Self-motivated and able to conduct pipeline creation activities and plan sales activities against a given budget   Holistic knowledge to maximize business opportunity in DX business by fully taking advantage of our solution portfolio such as content solutions, data solutions, and MA solutions (e.g., CMS, DAM, EC, CDP, Analytics, Personalization, MA)   8+ years of experience in solution sales, consulting, or business development in the high-tech industry. Experience in software sales or digital ma rketing is preferred   Established relationships with executives / CXO level in clients and partners   Proven sales rigor with regards to account management, account planning, pipeline development, opportunity management, and reporting   Experience working within a Global Account sales environment is preferred     Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, including strong verbal and written communication skills    Adobe is proud to be an  Equal Employment Opportunity  employer.
