We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!   Role Summary Adobe is looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer (CS-1) with strong expertise in Java-based backend systems and hands-on experience building modern, scalable Angular applications. This role requires a problem solver who can design, build, and own end-to-end features while collaborating closely with product, UX, and platform teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Java and related frameworks (Spring / Spring Boot). Build and enhance responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Own features end-to-end: from requirements and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. Design RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; contribute to code reviews and improve engineering standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, UX, QA, and DevOps. Debug production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive long-term fixes to improve system stability. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to evolving platform and technology decisions. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in building large-scale applications. Strong expertise in Java , with experience in Spring / Spring Boot frameworks. Solid experience with Angular/React and modern frontend development (TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3). Experience designing and consuming REST APIs . Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design . Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Good to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems. Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience working with large-scale, consumer-facing or enterprise products. Interest or experience in AI/ML-powered features or data-driven systems.
