Position Summary: The EHSS Coordinator provides essential support for environmental remediation activities, including coordination and execution of tasks within company systems. The role also supports procurement processes, SharePoint site maintenance, and preparation and tracking of departmental materials to ensure smooth operations across Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability Enablement (EHSS) initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute environmental remediation project activities in company digital systems. Manage purchase orders, invoices, and financial transactions for global remediation sites, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax requirements. Validate assurance bond and superfund site payments in SAP and initiate check requests as needed. Generate and review SAP HANA reports to support quarterly accruals and financial reporting. Conduct bi-annual user access reviews and maintain system integrity. Onboard vendors and personnel into the ENFOS system and provide training for site-level teams. Maintain and update remediation portfolio budgets in ENFOS on a quarterly basis, ensuring accuracy for compliance purposes. Prepare departmental materials such as presentations, reports, and trackers to support budget, project, and initiative tracking. Provide general support of procurement processes to the global EHSS function, as directed. Maintain document repositories and ensure version control for EHSS content. Support design, update, and maintenance EHSS SharePoint sites for departmental use. Assist with logistics, and coordination for EHSS-related meetings. Provide ad hoc support for departmental initiatives as assigned. Qualifications & Experience: Certificate or Diploma in EHSS, engineering, or life sciences, or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1+ years of experience in EHSS systems execution, project execution, or related roles within a regulated industry. Knowledge of software platforms and applications, especially Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Proven ability to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to execute system processes. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
