Inspire and lead an amazing customer experience through product and visual marketing excellence as well as outstanding customer service. Act as a people focused leader, c oach ing and mentor ing the store team. Develop st ore employee s ’ skills to drive sales t o the fullest potential by expanding their product knowledge, setting customer service expectations , and demonstrating visual presentation standards . Help to onboard new hires to the team. Manage store scheduling needs, ensuring proper coverage for peak times. Act as a product expert and serve as a brand ambassador for all things Skechers. Assist in recruit ing , training , and retain ing our Skechers store employees. Model stro ng operational processes and routines t o drive profitability and results. Act as the expert o n all store systems and processes including opening and closing of the POS. Take part in o pening and closing the store, ensur e all security routines and measures are in place.   Skills, Qualifications and Experience     Ability and desire to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment for Skechers store employees . Comfortable assessing talent and developing employee skill sets. Strong communication skills , regularly set s clears expectations for their team. Creates excitement and shows passion for Skechers product s and the brand. Acts with a sense of confidentiality and urgency. Flexible and motivated to provide excellent customer service. Retail , r estaurant , or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required .
