Pour soutenir ses opérations de distribution dans un environnement en pleine croissance, SKECHERS est actuellement à la recherche d'un technicien Lead de maintenance pour travailler en trois pauses. RESPONSABILITÉS : - Vous assurez la maintenance corrective et préventive des installations ; - Vous posez un diagnostic logique et efficace et effectuez la réparation des installations ; - Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des systèmes automatisés ; - Vous proposez et mettez en place des améliorations ; - Vous encadrez et formez des équipes de techniciens de maintenance ; - Vous participez et/ou supervisez l’installation, la mise en service et la mise à l’essai des modifications apportées. PROFIL RECHERCHÉ : - Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un A2 en Electromécanique ou disposez d'une   expérience de minimum 5 ans   dans une fonction de Technicien de Maintenance, idéalement dans un environnement logistique; - Vous justifiez de minimum 1 an en tant que chef d’équipe  ; - Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances en   mécatronique   ; - Vous êtes flexible et   travaillez en 3 pauses (06-14 ; 14-22 ; 22-06)   et éventuellement en VSD (vendredi, samedi, dimanche) ; - Vous êtes titulaire du brevet cariste frontal et vous   possédez les certificats BA4, BA5   (le VCA est un atout) ; - Vous êtes   rigoureux(se) et intransigeant(e) en matière de sécurité   et de respect des procédures et du règlement du travail ; - Vous   maitrisez l’anglais   et pouvez tenir une conversation technique   (niveau B2).   INFORMATIONS COMPLEMENTAIRES : Outre un    package salarial attractif , vous avez l’opportunité d’évoluer dans une   entreprise en pleine croissance .
