Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance-Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Senior Accountant (m/w/d), der mit fachlicher Expertise und Eigeninitiative zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanzprozesse beiträgt. Aufgaben: Unterstützung bei der Führung der Buchhaltungsaktivitäten und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management-Team. Verbesserung von Finanzprozessen und internen Kontrollsystemen. Ansprechpartner (POC) für externe Partner, z. B. Banken, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater. Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen sowie Durchführung von Abstimmungen und Reports. Vorbereitung und Erstellung von gesetzlichem Berichtswesen (HGB). Erstellung und Pflege von Managementberichten und KPIs für interne Stakeholder. Anforderungen: Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach US-GAAP. Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. Oracle) und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office. Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Fähigkeit, selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten, sowie Flexibilität, das Team in verschiedenen Bereichen (AP, AR, GL) zu unterstützen. Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung und Stabilisierung von Finanz-Workflows. Wir bieten: Eine anspruchsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem dynamischen Team.
