ABOUT THE ROLE: Provide support to the marketing team during peak operations, assist with campaign coordination, data management, and content creation to maintain quality standards while supporting the Benelux expansion. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Coordinate the creation of marketing images for campaigns for key accounts and media. Offer support in organizing photoshoots. Draft newsletters for our accounts. Help manage social media platforms by posting and engaging with customers. Work together with the team on the roll-out off strategic projects and events. Support the team by providing sales data, market trends, account analyses and new product information. Keep the marketing inventory of images up-to-date and import latest images. Keep the marketing email database up-to-date, import new data, update records and perform necessary cross-checks. Prepare marketing reports by collecting and analysing data. Provide support to administrative process, as create PO’s for invoice. WHAT YOU’LL BRING Must be a strong team player Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Works well in high demand environment Hands-on mentality and solution oriented REQUIREMENTS : Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage.
