What success looks like in this role: Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Erarbeitung von komplexen Angeboten. Koordinieren der am Verkaufsprozess beteiligten internen und externen Personen, Organisationen und Unternehmen.  Kommunikation mit Kunden und Partnern im Pre- und After-Sales Prozess.  Untestützung der Sales Executive und des Management in allen relvanten administrativen Tätigkeiten (Planung, Vertragsmanagement, Präsentationen, usw.).  Mitarbeit bei Events und Marketingaktivitäten.  Stellvertretung der Kolleginnen im Bereich Vertrags- und Facilitymanagement. You will be successful in this role if you have: Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch, Englisch sind erforderlich, Französisch wäre sehr vorteilhaft Vorerfahrung in Bid- & Mini-Tendervergabeverfahren sind absolutes Muss Du bist Organisationstalent – Effiziente Planung und Koordination sowie Auge fürs Detail liegen Dir im Blut Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit versteht sich für Dich von selbst – Verlässlicher Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen.
