What success looks like in this role: Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer kundenseitigen System- und Netzwerklandschaft Du arbeitest mit Windows und Linux basierten, physischen und virtuellen Systemen Du entwickelst unsere IT-Systeme kontinuierlich weiter, achtest auf eine durchgängige Dokumentation und förderst aktiv die Informationssicherheit Du bist kompetente Ansprechperson für deine IT-Kolleginnen und -Kollegen bei fachlichen Fragen und Problemstellungen Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und gestaltest unsere IT-Infrastruktur und internen Prozesse aktiv mit You will be successful in this role if you have: Abgeschlossenes Studium (Universität/ FH) oder Ausbildung (HTL) in Informatik oder Ähnlichem Du bist Profi im Microsoft-Infrastruktur-Umfeld (aktuelle Server Versionen, Active Directory, etc.) Routinierter Umgang mit Datenbanken (Oracle, MS SQL) Fundierte Kenntnisse mit Virtualisierungen (VMWare oder ähnliches) Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Backup(-Strategien) und mit Loadbalancing Technologien Kenntnisse in VDI-Umgebungen (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) wünschenswert Eigenständige, service-orientierte Arbeitsweise, lernwillig und offen gegenüber sich ändernden Situationen und Bedürfnisses, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Agilität im Umgang mit Kundenwünschen Erfahrung im (direkten) Kundenkontakt wünschenswert Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und fließende Englischkenntnisse Warum Unisys?
