What success looks like in this role: Zona de Cobertura: estado de Nuevo León. Diagnóstico, reparación y mantenimiento de equipos (servidores, computadoras, laptops, etc.) siguiendo las solicitudes registradas en la herramienta de tickets. Brindar atención a tickets de servicio en diversas cuentas dentro de la localidad. Asumir la responsabilidad total de las actividades de soporte en campo, garantizando la calidad y cumplimiento del SLA acordado con el cliente. Realizar mantenimiento avanzado y tareas de instalación de equipos, utilizando herramientas y conocimientos técnicos para resolver problemas de manera efectiva. Identificar y resolver problemas sistémicos, colaborando con el equipo para mejorar procesos. Proveer retroalimentación técnica para la mejora continua de los servicios. Asegurar un excelente nivel de comunicación con los clientes y miembros del equipo. You will be successful in this role if you have: Experiencia de 2 a 4 años en el área de soporte técnico en campo. Preparatoria técnica concluida. Conocimiento en herramientas de ITSM y troubleshooting de software y hardware. Experiencia en soporte a servidores físicos y equipos de cómputo. Conocimiento y manejo de SLA, con enfoque en la mejora del servicio. Excelentes habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas y comunicación con usuarios. Otros: Disponibilidad para rotar semanalmente en guardias (sujetas a operación). Contar con automóvil propio (viáticos cubiertos según política de viajes). Buró de crédito en verde.
