What success looks like in this role: Du entwickelst moderne Java / Web-Applikationen mit Frameworks wie Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate im Backend, sowie Angular, React oder Vue.js im Frontend im agilen Umfeld Du arbeitest selbständig in interdisziplinären Teams und überzeugst mit innovativen Lösungsansätzen Du zeigst Verantwortung gegenüber Team und Kunde, triffst Design- und Architekturentscheidungen, setzt sie um und teilst Deine Ideen konstruktiv mit Du pflegst einen offenen und ehrlichen Kommunikationsstil, sowohl im Team als auch im Umgang mit unseren Auftraggebern. Hochschulabschluss in IT/ Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Java Software Entwicklung basierend auf Cloud Technologien wie Azure und AWS 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Frontend Webentwicklungstechnologien und -sprachen wie Angular, React, Vue.js und Typescript/Javascript Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Container Technologien wie Kubernetes, Docker und Erfahrung mit modernen CI/CD Pipeline's Erfahrung mit Event Driven Microservice Message Broker, wie beispielsweise Kafka und Erfahrung mit Microservices Architekturen Bestenfalls Erfahrung mit openSource Datenbanken wie PostgresSQL, usw.  Bestenfalls Erfahrung mit dem Einsatz von AI Tools in der Softwareentwicklung Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (je C1) in Wort und Schrift Benefits Werde Teil unserer "Winning Culture" und prestige-trächtiger Kunden-Projekte Corporate Social Responsibility sowie Inklusions-Standards sind uns sehr wichtig und gehen weit über das Übliche hinaus!
