Guiding clients through the necessary steps to restore functionality. Taking responsibility to resolve the issue or escalating to Level 2 support as needed. Coordinating Service Requests and following up with cross-functional teams. Collaborating with colleagues to solve problems and identify major service solutions. Actively utilizing the knowledge base to resolve issues and identify potential knowledge gaps. Coordinating and following up on Service Requests.
