Integrity: We act ethically and honestly.   Key Responsibilities Manage and administer Windows Server environments with 6–8 years of experience in system administration 4+ years of proven expertise in Hyper V virtualization (2022, 2025, SCVMM, etc). Support and maintain large-scale data center infrastructures with 4000+ virtual machines across global environments Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of Hyper V hosts, SCVMM environments, and Hyper V infrastructure. Configure and manage High Availability (HA), Site recovery, etc. Execute P2V, V2V, and V2P migrations. Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting tools. Provide administration and support for Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS, and Windows clustering. Maintain and manage SQL databases as part of infrastructure support. Work on Dell server hardware products and provide root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents. Collaborate with global teams to deliver end-to-end solutions with minimal supervision. Document processes and ensure adherence to compliance and best practices. #LI-RB1 You will be successful in this role if you have: Key Qualifications 6+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Systems Administration and troubleshooting. 4+ years of experience in Hyper virtualization (consulting and enterprise environments). 2+ years of automation experience (PowerShell, Python, etc.). Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, clustering, and networking concepts. Experience working in large enterprise-scale environments with global infrastructure. Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech, MCA) or equivalent. Certifications preferred: MCP/MCSA/MCSE. Basic knowledge of public cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills for working with global teams and stakeholders.
