What success looks like in this role: • Delivers established training courses using proven material, methods, and techniques. • Delivers training to small groups, teams, or organizations with predictable, though evolving, needs and expectations. • Delivers training to either internal or external groups on topics including product installation, maintenance, operations, or upgrades. • Delivers course material within a prescribed, yet adaptable timeline based on business needs. • Delivers training face-to-face and virtually. • Supports senior training professionals in the delivery of more complex instructor-led, virtual, and web-based training. • Administers and evaluates learning assessments, using feedback to improve training methods and delivery techniques. • Maintains version controls on training materials. • Advises immediate leadership / sponsor of opportunity areas and provides input and recommendations enhancements.
