What success looks like in this role: In deiner Rolle als SCRUM Master führst du ein heterogenes, agiles Team als Servant Leader und Coach (SAFe, Scrum oder DevOps Team) unter Einhaltung der (Ziel-)Vorgaben Du stellst sicher, dass dein Team störungsfrei arbeiten kann und realisierst mit ihm die aus dem Backlog zugewiesenen und vereinbarten Stories unter Einhaltung der "Definition of Done".
