What success looks like in this role: In deiner Rolle konkretisierst du Projektideen im Rahmen von Vorgaben und leitest daraus die Projektziele innerhalb der Vorgaben des Projektauftrags ab Du erstellst auch den Projektmanagementplan, der alle für das Projekt massgebenden Artefakte (Projektstrukturplan, Abhängigkeiten zu anderen Teilprojekten, Arbeitspakete, Projektorganisation, Terminplan etc.) beinhaltet Zudem führst du das Stakeholder-, Problem-, Risiko- und Qualitätsmanagement und stimmst den Kommunikationsplan ab Auch das Mitwirken in der Anforderungserhebung und an technischen Konzepten gehört zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich. You will be successful in this role if you have: Du bringst eine IT-Ausbildung auf tertiärer Stufe (Uni, FH oder HF) Minimum 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von anspruchsvollen klassischen oder hybriden Digitalisierungsprojekten Zertifizierungen in IPMA Level C (und aufwärts: B, A) bzw. PMI/PMP, HERMES Advanced, sowie SAFe sind absolutes Muss Vorteilhaft sind weitere Zertifizierungen als Scrum Master oder Product Owner Du bist eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die sich bei anspruchsvollen und komplexen Aufgaben richtig wohl fühlt Du bist teamfähig, besitzt Überzeugungskraft und Durchsetzungsvermögen. Du kannst Dich zudem mündlich wie schriftlich und stilsicher in Deutsch und Englisch ausdrücken, Französisch ist ein klares Plus.
