What success looks like in this role: *ATTACH YOUR RESUME IN ENGLISH We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with a strong Tech Lead focus to design, lead, and implement advanced network solutions across complex and multinational environments. This role combines network architecture, technical leadership, and close collaboration with internal teams and clients. Responsibilities Design and lead complex network architectures, ensuring high availability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. Implement, maintain, and optimize network infrastructures (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, SD-WAN, SDN). Monitor network performance, manage incidents, and coordinate maintenance and upgrade activities. Guide support teams and lead high-impact technical projects while ensuring SLA compliance. Apply advanced security principles and best practices to safeguard network infrastructure. Evaluate and integrate hybrid and multi-cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). Provide technical direction and expert guidance to anticipate needs, solve complex challenges, and adopt emerging technologies. You will be successful in this role if you have: Completed bachelor's or an engineering degree in a related field. 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting networks in complex or multinational environments. Advanced knowledge of core protocols and technologies: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, SD-WAN, SDN. Experience with public cloud platforms. Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Fortinet, CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL. Fluent Spanish/English is mandatory. Strong communication skills and proven technical leadership experience.
