What success looks like in this role: We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of complex, customer-focused programs. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project schedules, supporting budget oversight, and identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. Leads and manages large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the normal project scope. Represents Unisys to client senior management, ensuring mutual understanding of how Unisys and clients can work together to optimize product application and achieve business success. Identifies new program and project opportunities with potentially company-wide impact. Leads and oversees project initiation, risk assessment, team startup, execution and post-project review. Initiates and leads project / program management process improvement task forces, facilitating and encouraging improvement based on lessons learned and state-of-the-art project management techniques. Drives change and continually improves the efficiency and effectiveness of Program / Project Management. Sought out by executives to lead or provide advice on important projects.
