What success looks like in this role: Supports and/or performs various solution delivery functions including: Leading / facilitating team meetings and events, Assisting with managing backlogs, and planning of sprints Tracking team progress, and Supporting creatin and communication of team metrics. Provides support in preparation and readiness for team or cross-team feature alignment / planning events. Supports tracking issues and impediments. Learns and applies the industry standard and Unisys Agile and related solution development methodologies. Supports special projects as assigned. Working knowledge of Agile tools ServiceNow, Freshworks, EasyVista May be certified as PSD, CSD, CSM or PSM1 or SAFe® Agilist. #LI-SN1 You will be successful in this role if you have: BA/BS degree and 2+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience in Scrum Master. Scrum Master is responsible for guiding and supporting Agile teams by ensuring Scrum frameworks are properly followed. They enable effective communication, remove obstacles that hinder progress, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The role focuses on empowering the team to self-organize and deliver value consistently.
