What success looks like in this role: Join our team as a Technical Application Manager ( Dutch and English Speaker) and play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical business applications and infrastructure. This full-time position, based in Leusden , requires three days per week on-site. You will provide enterprise-level technical support, manage application environments, and collaborate closely with development teams to deliver exceptional service. Acting as a trusted operational contact for clients, you will support incident and change management processes while adhering to industry best practices. Key Responsibilities •    Deliver advanced technical support for applications, platforms, and data management systems •    Investigate and resolve incidents, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs •    Identify, record, and classify high-impact problems; perform root cause analysis and implement action plans •    Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to deploy fixes and minor changes •    Provide on-site technical support when required •    Maintain accurate documentation for installations, configurations, and maintenance activities   •    Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes •    Ensure timely patch management and installation of updates You will be successful in this role if you have: Technical Skills •    Infrastructure maintenance (network, servers, VMware; storage preferred) •    VMware/ESX installation and configuration •    Windows Server 2016+ (installation, configuration) •    IIS Web Portal / FTP •    MS SQL databases (installation, backup/restore) •    Technical application management (monitoring, analysis, resolution, configuration) •    2nd line support and testing updates/changes •    Identity and Access Management (preferred) •    IT security (preferred) Soft Skills •     Must be proficient in Dutch and English , with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately in both languages •    Ability to work independently with precision and accountability •    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills •    Service-oriented with excellent client communication •    Team player with organizational awareness •    Continuous improvement mindset   Qualifications •    Bachelor degree in IT or related field and solid and relevant experience (or equivalent combination) •    Experience in Agile environments and ITIL-based processes Why Join Us? •    Work on enterprise-level applications and infrastructure •    Collaborate with a dynamic, client-focused team •    Opportunity to innovate and improve processes continuously #LI-US1    200 Unisys is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that considers all qualified applicants without regard to age, caste, citizenship, color, disability, family medical history, family status, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, national origin, parental status, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, transgender status, veteran status or any other category protected by law.
