What success looks like in this role: As a Communications Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for Messaging desktop and server applications, ensuring real-time monitoring of message traffic through Messaging Systems.  Your duties will include message actioning and distribution, user account management, and after-hours notification. Additionally, you will provide user training in Messaging applications and manage local accounts to maintain messaging capability. To ensure successful coverage across all regions and timezones, you will work in shifts across 24/7.  Join us and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional technology solutions to our clients. This role requires a mandatory NV2 AGSVA security clearance . Please ensure that you possess one of these clearances before applying Skills and Experience Proven experience in a Messaging desktop environment performing message delivery and distribution, and account administration or the ability to quickly train and learn these skills. Acceptance of shift work as role is required to participate in rosters to cover 24*7 You will be successful in this role if you have: NV2 security clearance is mandatory for this role.
