What success looks like in this role: Breaks down functional and business requirements into tangible, clear and estimable objectives, providing recommendations to management and project team members. Writes end-to-end automated tests to provide code coverage for business-critical components. Ensures quality, performance and adherence to specifications of assigned development tasks and adjacent technology solutions. Works with team members to ensure design, development and execution align with and support adjacencies and adhere to established architectural standards. Notifies team or technical manager of variances from plans and identifies changes in scope or work. Design and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform, focusing on integrations with third-party systems. Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs, scripted web services, and MID Server integrations. Implement and support ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, or custom applications. Work on end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery, including architecture, design, development, and testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in ServiceNow development. Maintain documentation of architecture, solutions, and processes. Ensure platform performance, scalability, and data integrity. #LI-LS1 You will be successful in this role if you have: Required Skills & Qualifications: 5–8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration. Strong expertise in Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and scripted integrations. Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts. Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow. Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Application Developer. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with JavaScript, Glide Script, and modern web technologies. Experience in integrating with platforms like Azure AD, Workday, SAP, or other enterprise tools is a plus.
