What success looks like in this role: Esta posición formará parte de un nuevo equipo con nuestro cliente en Tijuana. • Actúa como Ingeniero/a de Soporte en sitio para nuestro cliente brindando atención especializada a diferentes productos y servicios de la compañía. • Realiza soporte correctivo (break & fix) en servidores y sistemas de almacenamiento. • Brinda soporte técnico en sitio (deskside support) a usuarios VIP y ejecutivos. • Utiliza herramientas avanzadas y conocimientos técnicos especializados para resolver incidencias complejas y llevar a cabo instalaciones de alto nivel de equipos de almacenamiento y dispositivos de red. • Aplica un conocimiento sólido de hardware, software y sistemas operativos, así como habilidades avanzadas de troubleshooting, para atender y resolver incidentes críticos escalados por el equipo o por los clientes. • Realiza pruebas y certificaciones de mainframes, servidores y otros componentes de infraestructura, incluyendo redes y periféricos. You will be successful in this role if you have: Ingeniería o licenciatura afín concluida o trunca en su defecto. 4 a 6 años de experiencia en roles similares de soporte técnico, infraestructura o ingeniería en sitio o en campo. Disponibilidad para horas extras.
