What success looks like in this role: • Participates in the design, management and implementation of compensation and benefits plans, including executive plans, across all associate groups and locations. • Leads projects that have strategic, financial and global impact. • Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of the company’s compensation (and occasionally benefits) programs, including short- and long-term incentives, health and wellbeing, life and disability insurances, flexible spending, retirement and other offerings. • Aligns as key point of contact to one or more global Business Units to lead the rewards interface with the Global HRBP, Finance and Workforce Management stakeholders. • Monitors global compensation and benefits practices and ensures the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Recommends changes to existing programs by studying evolving company requirements, associate needs, industry trends and emerging practices. • Ensures the integration of compensation and benefits and related services with overall Human Resources strategies and programs. • Ensures the company is receiving premium service from designated external service providers. • Works with Finance & Accounting to understand the impact of plan changes on the company’s fringe rates. • Works closely with external service providers to ensure their understanding of program objectives, performance requirements, timelines and expectation #LI-BN1 You will be successful in this role if you have: BA/BS degree and 8+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience Master’s degree preferred Unisys is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that considers all qualified applicants without regard to age, blood type, caste, citizenship, color, disability, family medical history, family status, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, national origin, parental status, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, transgender status, veteran status or any other category protected by law.
