We are looking for a passionate and experienced #Accounting #Manager to join our team and actively contribute to the development of our accounting function. You will supervise a team of 3 people and play a key role in managing our Group accounting. Contract : Fixed-term contract of 7 months, as part of a maternity leave replacement. __ Your tasks Management of the Group accounting function (development, continued digitalization, adherence to procedures, scheduling management), Maintaining general, analytical and subsidiary accounting records for French companies, Monthly closings Preparation of the group's statutory and consolidated accounts on a monthly basis (French standards) and annually in accordance with IFRS (outsourced IFRS consolidation), Preparation of tax returns and declarations, management of tax consolidation, tax monitoring, Organization and management of the relationship with the auditors, In coordination and leadership of your team, you will continue the digitalization process of the function, lead and participate in IT projects related to the accounting function. __ Skills and prerequisites Advanced degree in accounting/finance Proven experience in accounting management, including initial experience in team management. Proficiency in French accounting standards, as well as IFRS standards for annual consolidations. Knowledge of French tax obligations. Proficiency in accounting tools Sense of organization and ability to manage priorities, particularly during accounting closing periods. Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of leadership to unite and motivate the team. __ What we offer you Compensation based on experience Location: position based in Lyon Part-Dieu, with one trip per week to the head office in Saint-André-de-Corcy (30 min from Lyon).
