The Assistant #Accountant plays a key role in supporting #Sandbox VR’s day-to-day #finance operations by ensuring accurate, timely, and organized accounting processes. This position works closely with the finance team to manage expenses, invoices, reconciliations, and reporting activities that help maintain our financial accuracy as we continue to grow globally. It’s a hands-on role for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. __ What You'll Do: Manage daily accounting operations, including staff expense claims, invoice review, payment processing, and document filing Perform accurate data entry and provide ongoing accounting support to ensure timely and reliable financial records Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoice preparation Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate cash records Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring deadlines and standards are met Assist the finance team with ad hoc tasks and operational needs as required __ What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years as an Assistant Accountant or similar accounting role HKDSE or above, with LCCI Higher qualification preferred Strong written and spoken English and Chinese Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software Solid understanding of accounting concepts, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently Well-organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work effectively within a team __ What We're Offering: Unlimited time off 13th month bonus Significant equity grants in a rapidly growing organization Robust medical benefits Collaborative office culture
