As an #Account #Manager, you'll join #Skello's Account Strategist team, a strategic role at the crossroads of #sales and customer satisfaction. Our mission? To drive revenue growth after the sale of our solution and secure our income by retaining our existing customer base. Maximize value for clients by developing a strategic action plan and prioritizing accounts. Negotiate with and retain customers who question their subscription to secure revenue. Expertise and client advice: To be an expert on our products, to advise our clients and defend the value of the Skello solution in all circumstances. Adapt your speech and evolve the conversations according to the diversity of the interlocutors in different sectors (Health, Industry, Retail, etc.). Provide commercial expertise to your clients to help them get the most out of our solution. Collaboration and cross-functional role: Work in synergy with internal teams (Product, Customer Care, Marketing...) to guide your clients towards the best solutions.
