As our first #Salesperson , your role is key in writing the next chapter of our growth - alongside Maxime, Founder & CEO. The request is validated. It's time to scale. Your mission: build the outbound machine from scratch and manage the entire #sales cycle - from the first contact to the signing. __ 💯 Responsibilities 1. Build and operate the outbound machine • Design and execute high-performing outbound sequences (tools, automation, cadences) • Identify, qualify and approach schools that are not yet aware of the solution. 2. Manage the complete sales cycle and maximize conversion • Manage inbound and outbound pipelines rigorously • Conduct demos, handle objections, and close with precision and empathy • Prioritize quality over quantity – every lead counts 3. Increase revenue through upselling and expansion • With the Customer Success team, identify upsell opportunities within the customer portfolio across our constantly evolving product range (new modules every quarter) • Collaborate with the founders and marketing team to launch campaigns and test new approaches 4. Capitalize on learning • Document best practices, winning pitches, and objections encountered • Contribute to the creation of the Sales Playbook to facilitate the onboarding of future sales representatives __ Desired profile 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, across complete cycles (prospecting → closing). You enjoy building from scratch : testing, structuring, adjusting, and growing a commercial machine. You are independent, rigorous , and like to have an impact. You know how to close with method and empathy , without bullshit. You are proficient in modern sales tools (CRM, automation, outbound stack…).
